This Subscription Agreement defines the subscription rules, billing mechanisms, auto-renewal policies, membership benefits and usage standards for the Fentis application. By purchasing and using any paid subscription services of Fentis, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all terms in this agreement.
Fentis is a professional fantasy adventure comic studio exclusive to iPhone, specializing in generating American-style comic panels by fusing user photos with original comic character templates. All core comic creation functions are premium paid services. Subscription membership provides exclusive member benefits, but does not exempt or offset any standard consumption rules for in-app creation. Subscribed and non-subscribed users follow the same basic creation specifications. All subscription services are officially processed and settled via Apple In-App Purchase, with regional pricing clearly displayed in the app before payment.
Fentis requires no account registration or login verification, supporting fully anonymous and private user usage. All local photo parsing, comic character matching, scene fusion, style reconstruction and comic rendering processes are independently completed by Fentis's self-developed AI system. The app never invokes, relies on or cooperates with any third-party AI algorithms, cloud servers, rendering platforms or external technical services in any creative processes. Fentis will never upload, transmit or share users' original photos, template data, creative parameters, cache files and finished comic works with any third-party platforms or institutions. We implement a strict zero-collection privacy mechanism for all user facial and biometric data. Our AI only completes style conversion and comic scene optimization for user-initiated tasks, without performing facial detection, facial recognition, facial feature analysis or biometric identification. The app has no facial data collection, identification or storage modules. We never collect user facial features, build facial databases, or use portrait data for advertising, behavior tracking or AI model training. Under no circumstances will Fentis disclose or sell users' private portrait information and creative content to any third parties.
All auto-renewable subscription plans and paid membership services of Fentis are only available to users aged eighteen (18) and above. Only adult users who have reached the local legal age of majority are eligible to purchase, manage and renew subscriptions. Minors under 18 are strictly prohibited from purchasing or using any paid membership services.
All Fentis membership plans are official auto-renewable subscriptions authorized and settled through Apple In-App Purchase. Prices vary by region and are clearly displayed on the in-app subscription page prior to payment. Valid subscription plans include the following types:
Users can use the in-app Restore Purchases function to recover valid membership benefits on devices logged in with the same Apple ID. This function only restores personal legitimate purchase records and does not support membership transfer, benefit migration or commercial resale.
All subscription plans provide unified standard membership benefits with no tiered functional differences. No subscription plan waives standard in-app creation consumption. During valid membership periods, subscribed users enjoy exclusive member privileges including priority official customer support and periodic member-only bonus resources. Specific bonus content is displayed on the in-app subscription page.
All subscription plans are set to auto-renew by default. Your bound Apple ID will be automatically charged within 24 hours before the current subscription cycle expires, unless you manually disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours in advance through your Apple ID account settings.
You may check subscription status, adjust auto-renewal settings or cancel your subscription at any time via the official Apple ID management interface. After cancellation, existing membership benefits remain valid until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for unused membership duration or unclaimed benefits.
All Fentis membership privileges are limited to personal, non-commercial use only. Users are prohibited from reselling, renting, sharing, transferring or commercially exploiting membership qualifications and benefits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership access if abnormal login, abusive usage or commercial behavior is detected.
Fentis does not collect or store user payment data, transaction records and personal subscription information. All payment behaviors are independently processed and recorded by Apple In-App Purchase. Membership status data is only stored locally on user devices. Fentis will never transmit subscription information and user private data to any third-party payment platforms or external institutions.
We reserve the right to optimize and update this Subscription Agreement for product iteration and service upgrades. Updated terms will be published on the in-app settings page and take effect immediately after release. Continued use of subscription services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Our core privacy protection commitments and basic membership benefits will not be arbitrarily modified.
